Fatemeh (Parastoo) Ghaffari (Pharm.D) is a registered pharmacist with additional prescribing authorization (APA) and authorized to administer medications by injection. Parastoo is our pharmacy licensee and manager at Qurely Pharmacy at Chappelle Gardens. She has more than 12 years experience in community pharmacy and hospital and offers a variety of clinical services including travel health consultations and medication reviews.
